Back to the most advanced versions of adjustable aerodynamics, we now turn our attention to McLaren's top of the line P1, whose downforce generating system includes a huge, sculpted carbon fiber wing very similar to the one found on Bugatti's Chiron.

The P1's wing set in race mode (above) is said to generate over 1,300 pounds of downforce at 160 mph, quite a bit for a car that only weighs 3,400 pounds. McLaren's package includes a Formula 1-derived Drag Reduction System: a button on the steering wheel allows the driver to reduce the wing's element angle to 0 degrees, resulting in a 23% reduction in drag.

The wing also retracts fully into the surrounding carbon fiber bodywork for minimal drag.

This is easily one of the most beautiful cars ever produced.
